About:

As we turn 50, these words of John F Kennedy spring to mind: “A nation reveals itself not only by the men it produces but also by the men it honors, the men it remembers.” Even though we have initially selected 50 names from Sierra Leone's PRESENT & FUTURE to honour and celebrate, this is going to be ongoing.

Part of Royaume's (click on WEBSITE on the right for more information) mission is to create opportunities for the rest of the world to see Sierra Leone in a better light. And there is no better way in which we can do so than by 'honouring' the greatness of some of our people. We believe this is a way in which we can begin to highlight that apart from Diamonds, Sierra Leone is blessed with other precious jewels.

If you know of anyone representing Sierra Leone in a great way, could you please spare a moment of your time to send us an email. We are also interested in pictures, blogs about Sierra Leone, great music from Sierra Leone, videos from Sierra Leone etc. Just email us.
